Welcome to the website of Oksancia Textile Design Studio and Online School! I, Oksana Pasishnychenko, the owner and head art director, provide this website as a place to publish my work, portfolio, projects, as well as helpful videos, posts, and tutorials for fellow repeat pattern designers and my students. By using this website in any way you agree to the rules and policies stated below. You are welcome to review this page for any updates on the rules and policies of our studio. 

Privacy Policy

At Oksancia Studio we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information is collected and recorded by oksancia.com and how we use it. 

We collect names and email addresses to deliver free resources to our email subscribers as well as information and announcements about enrollments into our online courses. We do not share any personal information with others. We use MailChimp (https://mailchimp.com/) for collecting and storing your information.

We keep the data until we close our business or until you ask to remove it from our server. 

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Oksancia Studio will only provide updates on our new resources, industry news, projects, and helpful products such as online courses.

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

How to unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe anytime if you no longer wish to receive emails from us by clicking on a link at the end of any of our emails. We will be sad to see you go, though 🙂 If you wish to delete all your information from our records, please contact us at https://oksancia.com/contact-us/. Please keep in mind that you might be on multiple of my email lists if you are my student or if you subscribed twice using different email addresses so please click “unsubscribe” again.

Client or Student Information

We also collect your information via our Contact Us form for the potential client to answer your questions ONLY. You will not receive promotional emails by contacting us via this form. Clients who purchase our design services or license our designs directly from us will not receive promotional mailings unless they specifically opt-in. Client’s information is collected for the project and licensing agreements information and their payment information is collected via Paypal.

 If you enroll in one of our courses and become a student, we collect your information as well as payment information via Teachable.com. You will receive emails about course module reminders, course updates, and news. You will also be added to our main mailing list and will receive free resources as well as promotional emails on that list. You can unsubscribe from either list any time by clicking on a link at the end of any of our emails.
