Hope your day (or night) is going well 🙂 I am back to share something very important with you today…
I noticed that many creative people wait to create their art because they are not confident…
…or feel like beginners,
…or not sure if they have the talent,
… or maybe the tools needed, the resources, the time, the experience… yep, the list goes on and on.
I was one of those people, and you might be too, and there is nothing wrong with us. It’s completely normal to not feel ready for something, and, frankly, it is very likely that we *are* not ready 🙂
It’s ok!
I did, however, discover something very powerful that has helped me cope with this insecurity…
It’s this thought:
We discover ourselves through our art!
In the act of creating art, we get to know ourselves as artists or designers, as creative people. So it’s not about the perfection of our art but about the process of self-discovery.
So, my creative friend, give yourself permission to create your art and meet yourself as an artist through this amazing process!
